A new affordable housing development, Park Lane Homes, is headed to the Desert Hot Springs Planning Commission for approval, and we’ll be showing up with residents ready to speak up and make it clear that the community wants it to move forward.
Join us on Wednesday, May 7, at 5:30 pm to prepare for the Desert Hot Springs Planning Commission meeting taking place on Tuesday, May 13. We will prepare you to give public comments in support of the Park Lane Homes, located on Park Lane near Palm Drive. With 167 new affordable units and a 10,000-square-foot Early Childhood Education Center, this project will help hard-working parents and their children gain the stability and opportunity to thrive.
