Lift to Rise
The Resident Leadership Table

When it comes to pushing affordability forward, we want everyone to have a seat at the table. Our Resident Leadership Table (the RLT) meets regularly to ensure that community members have a voice in setting our coalition’s strategic vision. Participation in the RLT builds members’ local advocacy muscles and provides them with opportunities for shared learning.

About the RLT

Born out of our strategic Action Plan process, the RLT launched in August 2021. Its members include community leaders from across the Coachella Valley experienced in housing, education, social services, and immigration. Members meet regularly to discuss ways to activate residents in their communities and share learning opportunities. Their involvement encourages wider community participation to spur the production of community prioritized affordable housing.
