The Associate Director of Policy & Research will collaborate with staff, partners, and stakeholders to shape and implement evidence-based policies and strategies that promote affordable housing and economic mobility in the Coachella Valley. This role supports both ongoing initiatives and new opportunities as they emerge.
Grant Writer , Palm Desert
The Grant Writer supports Lift to Rise’s revenue development by writing proposals and managing relationships with foundations, government agencies, and major donors. This role oversees a robust grant application and reporting schedule, collaborates across departments for consistent funder messaging, and prepares high-quality proposals and supporting materials. The Grant Writer also stewards funder relationships by providing updates on the organization’s work.
